90-Day DCSD Action Plan

Michael Thurmond, DCSD Interim Superintendent, released a 90-Day Action Plan to be executed from May to July 2013.  There are 5 goals that are delineated with described action items.  A link to the full presentation can be found by clicking here: 90 Day Plan.

achievement and career readiness

• Balanced budget that better aligns resources to support academic achievement and
career readiness

• Initiation of a comprehensive strategic planning process and framework

• More fiscal and organizational accountability

• More effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Improved internal and external customer service
