a.     School Improvement Plan – Dan McGuire

b.     Magnet Revision Discussion

          - Dr. McGuire will review overall focus group feedback

          - teams assigned at October meeting will lead discussion on

          each of the points of the proposal

          - proposal will be revised

          - discussion of next steps for proposal

          - discussion of action items from focus groups that extend

          beyond the scope of the proposal
